Blue Lotus is a water lily that predominantly grows in Egypt and Asia. Historians believe it was used in Egypt to treat stress and restlessness. I will often infuse my bath with this potent flower around a new or full moon, to clear my energy and draw on feelings of calm and openness.

Blue Lotus has been used for thousands of years and I personally feel like it has aided in my intuitive practice as it heightens awareness and all the while will ground me in a more relaxed state. It plays up on joy and childlike innocence while opening our eyes to curiosity. Instead of always having to intellectually dissect the issue at hand, I find that I can flow through a particular problem with more ease and openness. Place these preserved blooms in the bath to let this energy wash over you
