All About Pluto Retrograde
Although Pluto Retrograde generally isn’t as disruptive as all the other retrogrades seem to be, I believe the time this small planet spends in “backward” motion is extremely relevant.
Pluto began its retrograde on May 1st and will continue to do so through October 10th.
The interesting part here is that it regresses into Capricorn on June 11th, and our fields will have to pivot once again.
Pluto-induced shifts begin unassumingly beneath the surface and have some serious ripple effects outwardly.
The reach of these effects is mighty and, dare I say, downright magical.
This time is all about releasing fear and trusting our intuition, more than any other dispensation of time that we’ve experienced over the last 15 years.
Let’s deep dive Pluto style, shall we?
Pluto in Motion
Pluto retrograde is soft, working subtly, but with intention, in the background to reconstruct and rewire all that is above ground and embedded in our awareness.
Pluto recently entered Aquarius for the first time in more than 200 years, and it’s been actively connecting the dots of our inner workings since March 23.
This is why April was such a transformational month; it was the inconspicuous ushering of a new era shrouded in the guise of other planetary retrogrades and eclipses. But just as Pluto’s transformation takes time, so will its full return into Aquarius. Now we find him regressing and retracing into Capricorn on June 11th.
Pluto spent the past 15 years in Capricorn, and this current retrograde cycle will secure deep within us that we’ve truly learned our lessons.
Are you ready to awaken only to have to dig deeper? Or are you prepared for all to be shown as you have already awakened to the uncomfortable truths of the past?
Either way, Pluto is asking us to be at the ready in order to excavate a new part of ourselves. It’s truly like that, the big spiritual dig of our lives. That is Pluto in Capricorn as it hovers over the fastidious cusp of the respective Earth and Air signs.
It will be a sensitive time with respect to reminding us to trust ourselves and our intuition first, and the energy can be seemingly overzealous at times.
This is what I meant by fastidious, like a teenager in the mirror with goals to get his hair just perfect, or the child who can’t stand getting their hands dirty, we will try and try to run from the truth. Let the hair fall, let the mud dry and fall off, all will be well when we finally surrender to our own humanity and personal truth. Speak it, cultivate through boundaries, take action to care for yourself, and create the life you are meant to live, that is Pluto’s creed.
But as Pluto challenges fear-based limitations, it also reveals and invigorates.
In July, we get Mercury in on the action, and so many hidden truths will be revealed that it may make your head spin - in Pluto’s backspin.
These truths will directly affect shadow integration and our abundance levels, making the late Fall months laden with life’s riches for many. Definitely more on this later, but for now, I invite you to chip away at what’s been really brewing underneath the surface. And remember, you are not asking for too much, you are simply asking for the path to be clear in bringing solutions to what the last three years or more have presented.
You will get these answers, and so much more, all you have to do is be honest.
