All About The Full Moon Lunar Eclipse In Virgo

Today opens a very specific doorway. Mars quietly enters Pisces and does not announce itself. It does not push, and it certainly it does not demand. It seems to be really keen on dissolving friction rather than confronting it, which in the end, will show itself to be even more beneficial. Mars in Pisces shifts how action works in the body and psyche. Motivation becomes intuitive rather than force driven, anger turns inward and becomes really important and often vital information, and energy follows feeling instead of logic.

If that sounds intense, it is. This matters because when Mars leaves Aries and enters Pisces, the collective nervous system softens. We kind of need that right now in my opinion. The sharp edges come down, again much needed. People become more permeable, more emotionally responsive, and more sensitive to tone, subtext, and atmosphere. It's a little tricky though because this is not passive energy, but it is not linear either. Action happens through surrender, timing, and emotional intelligence rather than willpower or force.

From March 2nd through April 9th, how you act will be shaped by what you feel and what you sense beneath the surface. If you try to force outcomes during this period, you will exhaust yourself. If you listen, you will move with surprising efficiency and even more surprising connection to your desired manifestations.

Then, on March 3rd, as in tomorrow, we have a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse at 13 degrees Virgo. This Eclipse is notably friendlier than the last one, not because it is weak, but because it is sincerely supported. The Sun in Pisces and the Moon in Virgo receive a really harmonious trine from Jupiter. A trine is an aspect of ease and cooperation, and it occurs when planets are approximately 120 degrees apart, forming a flowing relationship that allows energy to move without resistance. Trines truly do not create pressure, but they do create opportunity.

And on the other side of that coin, they do not force change, rather they make change feel possible. When Jupiter forms a trine to both the Sun and the Moon during an Eclipse, it acts like a stabilizing hand on the wheel. Jupiter expands what it touches, but in this case, it expands understanding, perspective, and trust. This is why this Eclipse has a softer emotional tone. There is a sense that something difficult is being handled with support rather than the usual shock we've been feeling lately as a collective.

Virgo Eclipses are also about refinement. They are about what needs to be edited, cleaned up, reorganized, or released because it is inefficient, outdated, or no longer supportive of daily life. Per its signature energy, Virgo does not deal in fantasy, rather it deals in real life function. At the thirteenth degree, there is a purging quality. Thirteen exposes what is not viable long term and during this Eclipse, what is being released is not dramatic. This is supposed to be practical, as in habits that drain you. Thought patterns that keep looping without resolution, and obligations that once made sense but now quietly cost you energy, all bubble to the surface now. The Pisces Virgo axis asks a simple question; what serves, and what drains?

In my opinion, Mercury predominates this Eclipse, and this is important because we are in a Mercury Retrograde. Retrogrades are not about failure or delay, they are about retrieval. During this Eclipse, information is being purged and sorted again. Conversations that began earlier come back for completion, and thoughts that were dismissed return with context. You are not meant to push communication forward right now.

This Eclipse is showing you that you are meant to let it surface, review it, and decide what actually deserves your attention moving forward. Uranus and Jupiter supporting Mercury means that even during the Retrograde, insight arrives, even though it may not feel like it at first. I assure you the flow is not blocked! It's just being redirected, so you may not get answers in the way you expect, but you will get the truth of what matters.

It is super important to note that this Eclipse continues conversations and themes that were activated at earlier Eclipses on March 13th, September 7th, and September 21st of 2025. These dates matter and they are specific! Go back into your phone, look at your notes, look at your photos, and look at where you were physically and emotionally during those times. What you were thinking about then, what felt unresolved, what you were trying to understand or decide, will resurface now. This is not happening to overwhelm you, but to be completed. This is how Eclipse cycles work friend. They do not introduce new material, but they do close loops.

On Wednesday, March 4th, Venus sextiles Uranus. Venus in Pisces meets Uranus in Taurus at twenty degrees. A sextile is an opportunity aspect. It is not loud and it requires participation. This day carries a lightness that has been missing for some time. There is flirtation, play, attraction, and pleasure without obligation. Whether you are single or partnered, this is a fun but gentle energy. Beauty feels spontaneous, connection feels easy, and there is also a strong invitation to enjoy your own company. Pleasure does not need an audience on this day. It can be private, sensory, and restorative.

By Friday, March 6th, Venus enters Aries, and the tone shifts again. Venus in Aries is not comfortable, but it is honest. Venus is not in her preferred sign here, but detriment does not mean bad, it just means Venus expresses herself differently. Love becomes direct, desire becomes visible, patience decreases, and attraction is sparked quickly and burns hot. This placement asks you to choose what you want instead of waiting to be chosen. There is less tolerance for ambiguity in relationships and finances. Venus in Aries values courage over staying quiet. It can also feel selfish if you are used to prioritizing others, but it is actually corrective. This transit reminds you that desire is not something to negotiate away, and it is something to listen to. So, listen!

taken together, this week is about release without collapse, honesty without cruelty, and manifestation without force. Mars softens the body, the Eclipse clears inefficiency, Jupiter steadies the process, and Venus reminds you that wanting is allowed.

This is a grounded Eclipse, so it does not ask you to leap. It asks you to stop carrying what you no longer need. And that, quietly, changes everything. All the very best to you this Eclipse season friend.

Ten Things to Do During This Eclipse Window

1. Do slow down your schedule where possible so your body can process what is surfacing.

2. Do revisit notes, messages, and memories from March and September of 2025 and notice the patterns.

3. Do pay attention to physical signals like fatigue, digestion, or tension, because Virgo speaks through the body.

4. Do allow conversations to continue rather than trying to finalize them immediately.

5. Do clean and organize one small area of your space with intention rather than tackling everything.

6. Do choose nourishment that feels simple and supportive rather than extreme.

7. Do listen more than you speak, especially during emotionally charged moments.

8. Do trust what feels inefficient or draining is showing itself for a reason.

9. Do give yourself permission to enjoy small pleasures without justification.

10 Do write down what you are ready to stop maintaining.

Ten Things Not to Do During This Eclipse Window

1. Do not force decisions that require more information.

2. Do not over explain yourself to people who are not listening.

3. Do not assume discomfort means something is wrong.

4. Do not micromanage outcomes or timelines.

5. Do not make impulsive commitments out of guilt or pressure.

6. Do not ignore your body’s need for rest or quiet.

7. Do not reopen old conflicts just to resolve them quickly.

8. Do not overanalyze emotions that are still forming.

9. Do not compare your process to anyone else’s.

10. Do not cling to routines that no longer support your energy.

A "Mild" Full Moon Releasing Ritual

- On the evening of the Eclipse, write down what feels inefficient in your life right now. Not dramatic pain points, but the quiet drains., the obligations that take more than they give, and the habits that once helped but now cost you energy.

- Read the list once, then tear the paper slowly. Dispose of it thoughtfully.

- Wash your hands afterward and take a few deep breaths.

That is enough friend. This Eclipse does not require a spectacle or some sort of crazy ritual. It responds to intention and follow through, which you are very capable of.

Three Mantras for This Eclipse

I release what no longer supports how I live now.

I allow truth to surface without rushing its resolution.

I choose what sustains me over what simply fills time.
