All About The New Moon in Taurus

The New Moon in Taurus is upon us and I am so here for it. It’s as if Venus, Uranus, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune and the Sun are all conspiring in our favor right now. It is the time to start something new and initiate action where you may have been afraid to before.

That is because this lunation is all about creating stability and confidence so that we can finally begin to see our worth and to manifest something meaningful.

And after some seriously transformative astrological events raining down in April, the skies have cleared.

May is that breath of fresh air we’ve been desperately needing, and I assure you that it will not disappoint.

There will be times that will still feel intense, but they will be plump with a silver lining and you will see this come shining through in the most divine timing. Let’s get to the details and dive in, shall we?

Taurus energy is known for being grounded, but this is all about reaching for the stars when it comes to our desires and manifestations.

This Moon is joined by Venus, Jupiter, and Uranus in Taurus. Three planets and two luminaries (the Sun and the Moon) in Taurus, mean that fifty percent of the chart is focused on manifesting money.

Well, well, well, isn’t this a lovely energetic aspect, no? In just about every way, I say yes.

A new lunar cycle kicks off with a New Moon, and it is promising new beginnings for all zodiac signs. This is the first New Moon since eclipse season ended, so it’s the perfect time to perform some rituals and claim all the manifestations you’ve been thinking about since March or even before.

Thanks to the expansive Moon and practical Saturn really supporting us right now, whatever you put into action now will pay off undoubtedly in the short and the long run. This is all about setting goals, making real strides, and creating tangible outcomes that benefit you for years to come.

I feel like this is partially due to Pluto Retrograde starting just days before this lunation as Pluto is often known to give us a cosmic makeover when we need it most. It went retrograde on May 2nd and honestly, it’s just getting started in its slow motion revolution, so you’ll be hearing my thoughts on Pluto in the newsletters to come.

During Pluto Retrograde, you might find yourself looking back on moments of trying to needlessly maintain control or resisting change, meanwhile allowing this to alchemize with the fresh new vibration of our upcoming New Moon.

This Plutonian energy is quietly relentless in getting us to shift our perspective, and I’m telling you, it’s incredible.

Allow yourself to admit there is a new and better way and then let this feeling take you to new heights during our New Moon in Taurus.

I think you can do this with a gorgeous little writing ritual.

Consider your writing ritual alongside something like taking a beautiful magnesium rich bath with crystals placed all around, sit around a warm bonfire with friends, cooking a delicious dinner in the company of loved ones, or even alone as I initially mentioned while  comfortable in your own space. Then, write down dreams, intentions, and desires in a chosen and dedicated journal.

Whatever you do, take the time for gratitude and really set some intentions for three, six, nine and twelve months. Be open and detailed. You have the power and the backing from the Universe to make dreams come true right now. Yes, I’m serious.

This all may take some time though, so be patient. There will be so much unfolding in this incredibly Karmic year ahead. Your job now will be to take a thorough and intentional approach to what it is that you want and to outline the first steps to claim it.

There are some seriously good changes up ahead friend, here are some mantras to help along the way.

Mantras

I am a capable co-creator with the Universe and she always provides me with new and exciting options.

I am a capable co-creator with the Universe and she always favors me best.

I am a capable co-creator with the Universe and she always sends me people and experiences so that my desires actually happen.

Tarot Card

The Three of Cups signifies gatherings and a collective coming together. It indicates better times ahead and connecting with loved ones. This can also indicate more contentment or a more loving state in general.

I love when my card pull aligns perfectly and this time it could not be more true. This card beckons us to embrace revolution and settle into the fact that better times are not only ahead, but here now.
