Crystal Stacks Glossary
To address this attachment style, I’ve put together Lepidolite, Rhodochrosite, and Madagascar Eudialyte. My absolute favorite stone for self-love and Heart Chakra healing has to be Rhodochrosite. It is a teacher of the heart by helping to remove denial. It also clears the Solar Plexus and Base Chakras, thus stimulating emotional release and the confrontation of fear. It also contains lithium so it urges grounded energy and points the wearer how to best calm anxious, low, or misaligned energy. It’s been incredible for my personal work around patterns and recognizing where I misalign in my thinking. Madagascar Eudialyte is a stone of unconditional love. It provides the vivacity needed to ensure your basic needs are met while also working on an emotional level. It is a stone of self love and teaches us how to look within ourselves for answers and not seek them in others. It rids the user of jealousy and the need to control others.
Rose Quartz, Rhodonite, and Botswana Agate
For Aquarius, Rose Quartz brings out the best of you, including your kindness and compassionate love for others. As you are extremely loyal and more sensitive to betrayal, Rose Quartz is useful in bringing about closure and peace from any former traumas. Rhodonite works even further on any emotional scarring.
As you are protective and cautious, this supports your intuition as you open yourself back up. It can also energize and ground you. Aquarius are often humanitarians and Rhodonite works directly to foster self love and self care, allowing your generosity to shine and providing the energy you need to give back to others. Botswana Agate is both protective and assists in emotional balance as you are often sensitive. It encourages both your warmth and inner stability.
Arfvedsonite, Sugilite, and Dalmatian Stone
Arfvedsonite naturally occurs with Sugilite often. There’s no surprise there as Sugilite is incredible for manifestation and imparting an optimistic view when it comes time for sudden change or unpleasant matters. Sugilite also shares a love of truth much like Arfvedsonite. For years, it was thought that the speckles in Dalmatian Stone were Black Tourmaline, but in fact researchers recently discovered that these markings are Arfvedsonite inclusions. It is no wonder that Dalmatian Stone is such a supportive companion for life changes and offers such a grounding vibration.
Arfvedsonite is a rare, manifestation stone that offers a supercharged energetic vibration. It may take you time to get used to the strength of this one, and I recommend building it into your routine over time to allow it to incorporate its energy into your spiritual system over time. Sugilite is the stone of love and consciousness. It is super-clearing for the Chakras and promotes a free flowing light body. Dalmatian Stone is like a super grounding, warm hug. It’s ultra comforting and grounds the light body easily and seamlessly. It encourages creative thinking and adventure while still maintaining boundaries. This one gently sweeps chakras and Aligns them where needed. This would be a perfect stone for change like relocations, a new baby or even a new job. It will gently urge the wearer to take it slow and steady rather than attach to a quick outcome. The unique and naturally occurring pattern makes it a crowd favorite.
Howlite, Ocean Jasper, and Aventurine
For your passionate side Aries, Howlite can help release aggression, tension, and anxiety and emanate calming, serene vibrations instead. You are often busy in pursuit of their many passions, and Howlite is useful in quieting your cluttered thoughts to allow you to focus. Botswana Agate, Angel Aura Quartz, and Howlite
Gemini, your dual nature can be a lot to juggle at times, and Botswana Agate is perfect for providing the calming, centering energy you need. You are incredibly ambitious and full of life, and this stone helps support your fiery passions and creative endeavors. Angel Aura Quartz has a strong connection to Air signs and has a high vibration that matches your intensity. As bold as you are, sometimes you have trouble using your voice.

Astrophyllite, Emerald, and Gold Stone
Astrophyllite (the larger dark stone) is incredible for tapping into personal potential and breaking through self imposed and perceived karmic barriers. It urges objectivity and eliminates any resonant shame or guilt associated with the past. It imparts to the wearer that giving up something good, for something great is sometimes necessary and vital for growth.
Emerald is like a little generator for the heart space. It cleanses, it tidies, and it fortifies. Whether speaking your truth or seeking truth from others, this green powerhouse gets right to the bottom of resonant energy to reveal the issue. You can feel its strong, continuous vibration right away.
And lastly, the sparkly bronze stone is Goldstone. I’ve always had a soft spot for this one, it is just so pretty. But don’t let its delicate appearance fool you, this one is protective, highly motivating, and is said to be excellent for attaining goals.
What all of these have in common is that they share an honest, strong, and goal oriented vibration. If your personal work involves getting past self imposed negative dialect, negative thought patterns, and working past the negative patterns of others, this stack just might be right for you.

Delicate chalcedony works on the throat chakra and helps to bring the emotions into harmony. It eases self doubt, negative thought patterns and dissipates negativity from within so that it doesn’t get passed onto another. It is one of the best stones for transmuting energy. I find that it is also great for collective energy in group settings and aims to impart calm in times of uncertainty or change.
Nestled in between dainty Chalcedony beads is a Herkimer Diamond.
Herkimer Diamonds have such a special place in my heart. They are just so full of light energy and stimulate spiritual gifts in a way that resonates with so many. A Herkimer will stimulate attunement to the higher self and divine support system by clearing the chakras so that spiritual guidance can be channeled more clearly. It links two people together so share two stones with a partner or friend when you are apart. This stone works really well on geopathic stress and would make an excellent gift for those undergoing surgery or chemotherapy.

Kunzite just radiates love. It is a high vibration crystal that encourages compassion, humility and service. It helps the wearer to adjust to the pressures of life and helps to reduce anxiety. This heart chakra activator does it all and its soft pink/lavender hue is just gorgeous.

For my fellow Libra Suns, I’ve hand picked a stack of Kunzite, Amazonite, and Rainbow Amazonite. In all things you do, you lead with your heart. After making this stack for one of your orders, I just had to list it - so gorgeous. This set has Pink Calcite, Howlite and the sweetest Pink Tourmaline. Each variety of bead measures 3-4mm so it’s the perfect understated pop of color.
Pink Calcite is a master heart healer. I’ve personally used it with profound success. It is the stone of forgiveness and what I call “heart release”. Pink Tourmaline is my favorite stone for blocking negativity and boosting intuition. If you are an empath or intuitive empath, this stone will soon become your go to.
White Howlite is an incredibly calming stone. I will often use it with clients who would like to work through anger and resentment. It dissipates rage stemming from past and current life triggers. It is said to be ultra calming and works on insomnia. The stones in this particular bracelet have incredible movement and variation.
These three beauties work in unison so their wearer is urged to live in the moment, love without fear, let go of self imposed rigidity, and just let the Universe “make it so”
One of my gorgeous customers posted a pic of their stack and the colors were so lovely and dark and pensive that the moody hues in it inspired a new stack. This is Desert Jasper with Blue Sandstone and Iolite. The thing with Desert Jasper is that it’s grounding but urges us to operate beyond our usual patterns. I’m not just talking about your tried and true triggers here; creative solutions and answers to long standing frustrations are nudged to be released. I feel like this one allows us to hit pause in the best way so that we may redirect and progress. Iolite stimulates the third eye so that during times of challenge, a working plan can be formulated and adhered to, based on “seeing” from all angles and trusting your own intuition. Blue Sandstone brings in grounding properties too, this time in the form of deflecting that which doesn’t serve.
Faceted Peruvian Pink Opal, Faceted Aquamarine, Faceted Moonstone, Micro Faceted Rhodochrosite, and Pink Calcite come together to create the ultimate stack for fresh starts and new beginnings.

Here she is! The “Beach Stack” is warm, grounding, and a little understated both in hue and metaphysical properties. This stack is just super chill. I love this combination for so many reasons. We get another glimpse of Golden Calcite but in a smaller variety, and a first time look at Bamboo Agate and Chiastolite.
Both Chiastolite and Bamboo Agate have some incredible grounding properties, but to me, Chiastolite parallels the grounding energy of Black Tourmaline or Smokey Quartz.
