Aventurine Gua Sha
Aventurine is an incredibly regenerative Heart Chakra stone. It works on encouraging compassion, for both oneself and others. This stone brings self assuredness and confidence to allow a healthy level of independence to be maintained in relationships. I often recommend this stone to clients who need to prioritize healthy interdependence in relationships rather than lead on the familiar wounding and patterns of codependence. It is one of my favorite stones for confidence and perseverance. It stabilizes the mind and pushes creativity. It calms stress, rage, irritation and brings in well being. Aventurine also works to combat feelings of self doubt and a negatively skewed perspective of self worth. This lucky stone promotes luck in love and welcomes in positivity around relationships and romantic endeavors.
