I have a friend who has given me some really sound advice over the years, and who wrote an incredible book on setting boundaries called “The Book of Boundaries”. Her name is Melissa Urban and although our schedules are wild and we live on opposite sides of the country, we always manage to connect and support one another when we the opportunity arises. This stack was inspired by her work and her message. I’m just so damn grateful to have such good people in my life, a huge thank you to Melissa for urging me to release this set.

Selenite is my go to for mental clarity and anxiety. It clears out the clouded mind, and has the pure vibration that is essential for mediation. It is one of the most power crystals on earth and holds a special vibration for our modern, intense times. It comes in different shades, this being the golden variety, which means it has all of the properties of Selenite but amplified. It is one of the rarest and most unusual forms of Selenite, like a super-charged version here to open up channels around creativity and opening new pathways to our purpose. It holds the key to connecting to the core of the Earth and the core of the Higher Self.This connection to our planet and its nourishing vibration makes it both a clearing and grounding stone that offers up choices we may be overlooking in life. It parts the veil during meditation so that we can see further beyond ourselves and often overly complicated lives.

Aventurine is perfect for confidence and perseverance, and this Orange variety taps right into the Solar Plexus and the power center. It stabilizes the mind and pushes creativity. It calms stress, rage, irritation and brings in a sense of well-being and that even when hardships arise, everything will be fine. I’ll often use this stone in my practice with athletes and those in competitive careers such as sales as it reinforces leadership qualities and decisiveness. It brings about a winning mentality while clearing the chakras for personal work.

Peridot has been known as the stone of protection from negative vibration. It has a calming, shield-like effect on the auric field as it wards off jealousy emanating from others as well as jealousy within the wearer. Peridot also helps to release stagnant vibration via Heart and Plexus Chakras in order for the wearer to speak their truth thoughtfully and directly. It works remarkably well at keeping unnecessary or ego driven emotion at bay and calms the wearer in times of insecurity.

The three together work harmoniously to connect you to your power, your truth, and the means to express it directly.
