Repair Fee within 90 days (From date of delivery)
Due to the high volume of orders, all repair services have a 10-14 day turn around. We offer repair services if the items is within 90 days from date of delivery.
The fee offered is per bracelet.
A repair of $22 is charged for repair for items.
Return shipping is complimentary however you will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping. We encourage you to use insured and traceable mail services.Please include a note with your desired bracelet size and new order number in your return parcel.
Orders are shipped from Massachusetts, USA. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday and we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
